About Allison Fax. 

Allison Fax is a makeup artist based in the Washington, DC Metro area.  She discovered her passion for all things beauty at an early age playing in her mother's cosmetic bag. She began her career as a professional makeup artist while obtaining her J.D. at the Howard University School of Law when she began at MAC Cosmetics in 2011. 

As a law graduate and legal professional, understand the importance of investing in education and practice to achieve success.  This is why I have spent the last two years investing in classes from leading industry artists, such as Tiyana Robinson, Sam Fine, Renny Vasquez, and Nicky Posley.  With these skills, she have been afforded the opportunity to make several brides feel their best on their wedding day and have even had the chance to work as a key artist with corporate brands such as Home Depot and Denny’s.  Her work has also led a feature in the Huffington Post.
